Extremely Bad Headaches, Nauseous, Tender Breasts, Appetite Loss. Pregnancy Tests Negative. What Could It Be ?
I have been having extremely bad headaches that make me nauseous and my breast are tender all the time. Sometimes I even lose my appetite. I have also been sleeping a lot! I had sex on may 28 with no protection and got my period June 2. I had my last period June 28 but they Have been really bad and Almost made me cry. I took a pregnancy test about 4 weeks after I had sex and it came out negative. Could I still be pregnant or what else could this be?

Unprotected sex just before period is very much safe and chance of being pregnant is almost nil. You also got negative pregnancy test.
Above clinical features were mostly associated with Premenstrual symptoms. Though, I suggest you to consult with gynecologist for complete evaluation with relevant investigation like USG, blood test etc. Take suggestive measures accordingly.
Drink more water, avoid stress, wear loose fitting breast support and take sound sleep. good luck.

* You had your periods after the unprotected sex on may 28th. It was 4-5 days prior to your periods(June 2nd. )-There is ovulation 14 days prior to the expected menstruation . so there could be no conception-This was confirmed by -ve preg. test.so no question of pregnqancy that time.
your last mences was on 28th June. You have not mentioned about sex following it. I take it to be an abstinance.Obviosly no chance of coceptionthis mth .
* Painful scanty periods with breast tenderness in later half of cycle indicate Hormonal disturbance.& needs treatment.
PLease consult your Gynac after next periods. If ths time there is pain-you can-
- Take rest, sleep in supine position, foment the lower abd. with a hot water bag.
- take any pain killer /Isoxsuprine HCL ab. for releif.
* But if had an unprotected sex this month,in a ovulation time- ofcourse there is chance of preg -which will have the symptoms you have at present.
You can confirm preg. byBlood (1-2 days prior to periods) or urine preg. test (8-10 days of overdue period)
