Pain right quadrant and bimeridian tests have confirmed that liver and kidney are not functioning well.
Right side is the part in the body where liver lies.
Once again get in blood examination for liver function test ( serum bilirubin direct,indirect, total, SGOT, SGPT, Amylase , enzyme functions).
Please get in Ultra Sound whole abdomen with emphasis over LIVER & KIDNEYS ( BOTH).
Sometimes when an abscess is there in the liver that too in first phase it is very difficult to visualize this into U/S.
Only physical examination by a doctor will confirm and also physical examination will reveal any pathology in LIVER.

Hi ! Your last sentence in the history is not clear. What type of mal function has been diagnosed in your kidney and liver ? It is not possible to give opinion on this.
I will suggest to go for an X ray chest if it was not done. Sometimes unsuspected chest infection can give rise to pain in the upper abdomen.
Another condition is osto chondritis of your lower ribs on the right side. This is a condition which gets cured of its own at times, and may have the need to take anti inflammatory with a proton pump inhibitor for some time. Please consult your family doctor on these issues.

You have pain in extreme right upper quadrant of stomach, since 3 months. You had biometric tests done , which show that kidney and liver are not functioning correctly.
As your test suggests that the right upper quadrant is related to kidney,and liver, stomach and duodinum, etc.
The kidney problems may be stones in the pelvis of the kidney, or upper ureter, or infection of this place. Liver may have some problem in liver or collecting system, or gallbladder.
I advise you to avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
