Hi,

It is normal to have changes in the blood during your periods. I recommend to:
- take mephenamic acid to relieve pain
- rest more
- apply warm clothing to your tummy and feet
- drink more water
- after your periods is over, do a complete blood work to check for anemia and vaginal swab testing to rule out vaginal infection

All the best!
