Extreme exhaustion since puberty, normal test results for diabetes, iron, thyroid, lyme disease. Reason?

I am a 22 year old male with no known health problems, but I am always cripplingly exhausted. I have been tested for diabetus, sleep apnea , low iron, low thyroid , high thyroid, malnutruition, lyme disease , and like 20 other standard blood work things. It s been a problem for about 8 years, since I hit puberty . I need some new takes on this...
