Presence of ANA (anti nuclear antibody) and ENA (extractable nuclear antigens) indicates autoimmune disorders like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), sjogren s, scleroderma, polymyositis, dermatomyositis and so on. Of these your symptoms may be suggestive of SLE where both ANA and ENA are positive. Fever, malaise, joint pains, usually involving the small joints of wrist and hand) and myalgia (muscle pain) are common symptoms of SLE. Tingling sensation is almost always related to nerve problems.
