Experiencing spotting for 2 days this week , HPT positive, HCG negative, had periods. What's happening ?

hi! i am experiencing spotting for 2 days this week and also last week, im expecting my period this week. i took home pregnancy test today it was positive. Last month i was delayed 1 week so i took hcg test and was negative buut before the blood test im also having spotting then after i had blood test the following day i had my period and had some clots.

Hello, Thanks for the query,

Your pregnancy test today is positive suggests you are pregnant.
Your symptom of recurrent spotting indicates threatened abortion.

I recommend you to get a USG done for the gestational sac.
Contact your doctor immediately.

Take rest,
eat healthy,
continue taking folic acid.
