Experiencing Severe Knee Pain And Back Pain After The C-section

I had c-section delivery in 2013 and my baby is now 6 months.from past 10 days I am suffering from bad knee pain on left side .pain is severe and spreads around and below the knee if I sit for 15 mins continuously .i have back pain from 1 week after c-section.i have consulted my ortho doctor and took x-Ray ..report says it is normal..he just gave dolo 650 and calcium .kindly help me to get relief from it ..

Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As X ray report is normal, please do not panic.

3 ) I will suggest to get physiotherapy consultation. Please continue Iron and Calcium and protein supplements on daily basis at least for next 3 months. Physiotherapy and supplements will be of great help.
