Although urine test of pregnancy is a correct method of confirming the presence or absence of pregnancy, you can go for the blood test for pregnancy which is done by detection of HCG in your blood.
This is a sure shot method to confirm the absence or presence of pregnancy.
Many a time females feel that they are pregnant and are reasonably sure of their pregnancy symptoms but these turn out to be false. It is normal to get these false signals of pregnancy.

General & Family Physician Dr. G Gayatridevi's  Response
hi shannybaby11,
I have read your question,
The symptoms you stated could due to Pseudo pregnancy ,In which women think that they are pregnant and also feel nausea, high urine frequency , vomiting ,giddiness,a feeling of movement in their lower abdomen, loss of appetite , but this is just psychological .

I have seen such cases before hence I Am concluding so . Moreover Your tests were negative and since you have regular periods , that concludes that you are not pregnant .

For your satisfaction I recommend you to undergo scanning examination of pelvis By a certified gynecologist nearby.

Wishing you a good health,
DR.G.Gayatri devi.
