Hi and welcome to HCM. Pain during coughing and sneezing in most probably musculoskeletal pain. I advice is get a treatment for your cough and sneeze first, if its due to cold take allercet dc tablets twice daily (morning and night after food). Crohns disease will not cause pain in ribcage during cough. If u also having cough with sputum then its better to take antibiotics, but its better to take after u consult a local doctor. Regards
