Experiencing Pain Under Adam's Apple,neck And Tongue

I am a 21 year old male and i noticed some of the symptoms on this post. It started as something like a ball on the back of my tongue when i swallowed. then that went away and it feels achy under my adams apple, on the sides of my neck & above my chest bone. Hurts when i move my neck any which way...have to pull look down for some relief. Whenever i drink anything it feels like im drinking carbonated soda as when it goes down my throat it feels fizzy. i work out on abs hard everyday and im hoping that i tore something doing abs and its not something worse.. im only 21 and this just sporatically came out of nowhere yesterday... so aggravated

I can understand your problem, this could be due to the acid reflux disease of esophagus, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time
2) Tab Domeperidone once in day at evening time
keep the stress level low, avoid alcohol, coffee, smoking, prior to bed, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
