Experiencing Pain On The Right Side Of The Breast
During the night I woke with sharp pains under my right breast, especially when I breath deep or inhale. It has not gotten better as the day went on. I hate to go into the weekend to learn that the pain does not go away and pain may worsen. I do not want to have to go to an ER.

If there is pain while you inhale deeply it might be infective process and you need proper investigation and treatment otherwise you cam try over the counter available pain killer.
