Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. It seems like the pain and stiffness in the chest as well as shortness of breath are related to your cardiac condition. The ears popping and the issues with vision may or may not be related to your cardiac issue. However you need to consult your doctor immediately to get a full history and physical examination as well as blood work and other imaging studies to find out what might be the reason for your symptoms. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
