Hello Nitin,
Given your history it is most likely that you have androgenetic alopecia or genetically determined hair loss. Medications would have a temporary effect on your hair fall and the hair fall would persist when you stop the medications. The best resort would be hair transplantation. In this, genetically resistant hairs from the back of your head would be taken and transplanted individually to the bald areas which gives rise to very good hair growth and the hair that grows is extremely durable. Therefore, meet a plastic surgeon for an assessment regarding hair transplantation.

Dear Nitin
welcome to healthcaremagic
Hair fall and baldness in age of 25 is unusual. The cause of baldness are allergic, hereditary, Dye, chemicals etc. Even some reports shows stress induced and low haemoglobin level in blood. So you should avoid the fact during taking any medicine. It is not advised to wash the hair very occasion and avoid chemical shampoos, dye, hair oil etc. Grafting is not necessary immediate. Even Ayurveda medicine show beneficial result for stopping hair fall. use only herbal shampoos and hair oil. Certain hair applying powder on bald areas are available in Ayurveda which can help you regrowth of hair. In ayurveda certain herbs like Amala, Sikakai, Ritha, Bhringaraj etc are mentioned as hair tonic. You can get products with these and son. For detail you can visit nearest Ayurveda Specialist and follow accordingly
