Hello,
You seem to be too stressed out with your symptoms. Feeling dizzy is a very common complain and it occurs to many people. There are "n" number of causes and the most common being:
1) Anaemia (reduced hemoglobin)
2) Ear problem (Vertigo)
3) Generalized weakness
You should get your blood hemoglobin done to rule out anaemia. Its very common among the adolescents and especially girls. There is no need to feel stressed. The doctor will order you some investigations and then treat the illness which appears on investigations.

Psychiatrist Dr. Sundar Gnanavel's  Response
Hello.....
Thanks for your query. I can understand your concern regarding your dizzy spells. You would have to be evaluated for ear problems, anemia that are likely to be common causes of dizzy spells at this age. Additionally inadequate food intake intake or skipping of scheduled meals can result in hypoglycemic dizzy spells. I would suggest you consult an ENT/ general practitioner initially before any psychiatric evaluation. Wish you speedy recovery.
