I am sorry that you are facing such a distressing problem.
I strongly feel there is an intracranial problem here, probably an intracranial space-occupying lesion (ICSOL).
You should get a CT or MRI of the brain as soon as possible. You require consultation with an ENT specialist
Sometimes a glioma
at the base of the skull, or a middle ear tumor
can cause these symptoms.
If all these major things are ruled out, then we may consider cervical spondylosis
as one of the reasons.
With all these, I think you should act quickly and get it fixed as early as possible.
