Experiencing Dizziness And Stress On The Right Side Of My Head

I have been experiencing dizziness and stress on the right side of my head for four weeks now I am tired all the time and the worst dizziness is when I turn to the right while laying down. My brother died at forty of a brain tumor and my mom s sister has had several operations on her brain for reoccurring tumors.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness and stress when you turn to right.
This can be because of vertigo.
However since you have a family history of brain tumor you require evaluation by a physician to rule out any cause of raised intra cranial tension like brain tumor.

Thank you
