Experiencing Dizziness And Drastic Drop In Heart Beat

Suffer from sudden, severe dizziness with a drastic drop in heart rate and a drop in blood pressure. Heart rate and dizziness goes back up quickly after dizziness passes. Heart rate in past two days have been 33 and 30. I have been told that I have a right bundle block and CHF.......although supposedly my heart has gone back to near normal with treatment for sleep apnea. I was at emergency room last night. EKG and blood tests turned out normal, but doctor said that I was having a run of premature heart beats..........over 30 in one minute. Just finished 24 hours of wearing a holter monitor.

Hi
I read your query very carefully.

You have to wait for Holter results to see if you have any major arrhythmia or heart pauses that require a special treatment with pacemakers and antiarrhythmic drugs.

Hope it answered to your query!
