Hello,

It appears from the history that your father suffered from UTI for 15 days. He was probably bed ridden / had restricted moment during the period. Now that he has recovered from the infection, he might have developed a localized weakness due to disuse / restricted moment during the infection period. Its nothing to worry at present and probably requires physiotherapy / low intensity exercise and should recover within a short period to his usual self.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help
