Experiencing Cough, Dizziness And Swollen Throat. Is This A Side Effect Of Mucinex?

I had bronchitis & I took a course of antibiotics and steroids but a lingering cough remained so I have been taking Mucinex, now I still have the cough & it makes me dizzy & my head hurt but I also have a swollen throat & my tongue is swollen too. Am I relapsing? Is this a side effect of the Mucinex?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having mostly relapse.
Because mucinex is having N Acetyl Cystiene (NAC) and it is not known to cause headache and dizziness.
So possibility of worsening bronchitis as relapse is high.
Consult doctor and start appropriate treatment.
