Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
Probably the piece has gone into trachea and hence he developed choking and breathlessness;
As it has come out and entered oesophagus later he could breath and talk.
The feeling persists for some time and subsides later on.
If no improvement after 12-24 hours you may consult ENT surgeon.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
