Experiencing Chest Pain. Done With ECG And Chest X-ray. Suggestions?

I am experiencing chest pain on my left side up into my jaw...it occurs almost every night...always when at rest. I have had ECG 's chest X-rays and have been to emergency twice. It is starting to occur in the night.....it never presents itself when I am exerting myself. Walking. ....going up stairs....lifting or anything. I have also had a stress test with no problems. I can almost set my watch to this pain....almost always between 10 -11 in the evening....but as I say it now is waking me up in the night.. Can you make a suggestion.

hello!
there can be number of reasons for left sided chest pain.bet part is you are done with all cardiac work-up which shows no problem.the pain which is not appearing on exertion is less likely from a serious cause like cardiac-respiratory and muscular(which you have already ruled out with investigations), and more likely to be due to simple causes like acidity and bloating.
simple measures like taking dinner early and avoiding spicy foods at night can reduce the pain, natural antacids like half cup of cold milk can also help you.
wish you sound health!
