Experiencing A Squeaking Whistling Sound In My Left Ear

For a few months now, I have noticed I get a squeaking whistling sound in my left ear sometimes when I yawn or stretch or blow my nose. Just the left ear, right is fine. I don't have any pain, but kind of a sense of dullness or less clarity in that ear. I do have tinnitus, but have never seen a doc for it so I'm not sure how bad it is and don't think that is really connected. I am not sick and haven't been, other than some mild congestion here and there from what I assume is allergies (live in FL, pollen is bad here right now). Any ideas? Could it be a wax blockage? Should I see the doc? Thank you!!
