General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Thank you for the query.

these symptoms can be caused by various cases but also can mean nothing. You should first rule out some intraabdominal infection such as kidney infection or gallbladder issue. So I suggest to do basic blood test, urine analysis and ultrasound for start. This would make all this more clear and then you can plan further tests and treatmetnt. Wish you good health.
