Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
There could be pain for obese people due to the pressure over the nerves, and muscles, during exercise.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
For weight controle, Avoid the calories, fats, oils, junk foods, fleshy fruits like guava, and banana.
Practice, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and house hold works like cleanig, keeping things in order etc.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
