Exercises for neck pain. How to do it ?

Iam having neck pain quite oftenly. The pain is more after i get up from the bed. Iam not able to turn my head. Doctor gave me some tablets and the pain is less now. He told me to see a physiotherapist and top do some neck exercises. I was not able to meet the phyiotherpiast because of my tight schedule. Can any body explain me of some neck exercises?

It is better to consult a doc an da good physiotherapist only. Dont take chances. You cannot be totally busy, take care of your health, to take care of yourself better. Health is wealth.
