Hi, i m 20 yrs old and i am overweight . I am about 400+ pounds 5 feet 11 inches tall. Is there a good way to do exercise at home to make me burn fat. I have been just running up and down the stairs and running back and forth to get my heart beating. Is there a more efficient way to do them? I just want to change my life, I don t want to be this person anymore. I want to change.
