Excessive wet dreams at night, two wet dreams per week, weakness, pain in joints. Normal symptoms?

hey these days iam really worried about having wet dreams.i know that wet are part of normal growth but the excess in it s quantity is irratating for me.i am having 2 wet dreams per weak and i feel weak and pain in my joints.so,the only thing i want to ask that are having wet dreams in such quantity normal for me?

Now a days with use of internet and other measures, people see more porn pictures, sex videos, constant remain sexually excited giving rise wet dreams.
nothing to worry, it is not going to produce any bad effect on your health.
your complain of having joint pain has nothing to do with wet dreams.
Remain busy with your routine work.
Avoid seeing porno, or sex videos.
Take light diet at night and early.Avoid junk food particularly at night.
Wear loose clothes at night.
Before going to bed relax,see good serials in TV.
Prey the god and go to sleep.
