In your age these problems may occur due to multiple reasons like:
-Vitamin deficiency: take healthy diet
-Poor sleeping habit: follow sleep hygiene.
-Stress and anxiety: need evaluation. Daily aerobic exercise will help.
-Substance use: stop use if present
-Lack of interest in study

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.
