Excessive Phlegm And Stuck Up Sensation In Throat. What Is It?

I feel an obstruction in my throat and at times have a hard time swallowing . It hurts and causes me to choke and have a hard time breathing in enough oxygen . I think I may have tonsil stones that are caught in my tonsils. A lot of phlegm is coming out too. When I swallow I feel like I have something in my throat as I swallow. The only thing that helps is gurgling salt water. thanks
