Hi there,
Thanks for writing to us,
No, Masturbation is an completely normal , it wont affect any of your sex drive or your potency, it will never affect your sex life.
The male testis are wonderful organ that it goes on producing the sperms as many a times, how much expelled are easily regenerated ,the only thing needed is good health and healthy habits. So , never mind of how many years you have been masturbating .
The period of longevity in sex life, depends upon your mental strength and your will to ejaculate at the peak point(attaining orgasm), role play and mind control helps you to prolong your sex life longevity.
Let me know if you have further questions,
Take care.

Hello Pawan..
First of all remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.

However, connections between erectile dysfunction & excess use of porn has been reported in many studies.
For those affected, recovery takes place by 6-12 weeks & mainly involves avoiding the causative factor, that is watching porn.

Regarding the problem of premature ejaculation, it's mostly related to anxiety.
So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed
Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.

One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to increase the size of penis or improve performance...it may be harmful.

Wishing you a Healthy Life.
Take care.
