Urologist 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it is not clear what sort of surgery you have undergone and what were your complains before surgery. However it looks that your sphincter Urethra muscle that controls the flow of urine has been damaged during surgery and that is the reason you have developed what is called as incontinence of Urine.
Please consult the operating surgeon or Qualified Urologist for evaluation and further treatment. He may advise you some medicines and some exercise to strengthen the muscle(Sphincter of Urethra)
If problem persists even after a period of 3-4 months you may have to undergo surgery of implantation of artificial sphincter
Dr.Patil.
