Excessive Flatulence And Painful Trapped Wind. Prescribed Mebeverine. Advice?

HI
I suffer from excessive flatulence and painful trapped wind. This occurs about once a week and can last for two days. I cannot isolate the foods that cause this problem but do avoid most of the potential culprits like beans, broccoli etc . I have been prescribed mebeverine which seems to have little impact. Any advice would be more than welcome!

Hi,
It seems that you are having some gastric upset causing this problem.
Change your food style.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Avoid taking more potatoes, fatty things and things heavy to digest.
Avoid taking more tea, coffee.
Do regular exercise like running, swimming etc daily.
Do abdominal muscle exercise.
Take omiprazole tablet as and when required.
Ok and take care.
