Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you were born with Epispadias and had undergone surgery to correct it.
This is very complex in nature and results of the surgery are not satisfactory to the extent of 100%.
As regards present situation it is advisable to consult qualified Urologist for evaluation .He will advise you as regards about your sexual life in future and decision about you getting married after conducting tests whether you get normal hard erection or not.
