Episodes Of Low Fatigue, Anxiety, Pressure In Head. Is This Diabetic Symptoms ?

I have been on a no refined sugar, no red meat, no dairy, hardly any carbs (no bread, Pasta) , no alcohol diet for 5 weekes and also going to gym, I am a single mum with 3 kids so quite a lot of stress etc. In the last week and 1/2 I have had 3 episodes of low energy, fatigue, anxiety, pressure in my head no headache I have eaten 1 banana or a carb because of concern of diabeties I do come good after an hour or two, my son was also sick in last week, what do you think by what I am telling you mental or physical, thank you

Your symptoms are not arising due to diabetes.Your symptoms are due to your high stress level.such type of headache may be called tension type headache in which pain is often described as a constant pressure, as if the head were being squeezed .
precipitating factors that may cause tension-type headaches in susceptible individuals are:Stress,Sleep deprivation , bad posture ,Irregular meal time (hunger) and Eyestrain
tension-type headaches generally respond well to over-the-counter analgesics .
however you must get yourself examined by your doctor if they recur.
