Dear priti.sisodia1987,
No cream or local exercises will help. A large vaginal opening can be repaired by a surgery known as Vaginoplasty or Vaginorraphy. This is a relatively simple surgical procedure in expert hands, taking about half hour of operating time. It requires to be done under general anaesthesia.

Before the surgery, however, you should be aware that no surgical procedure can be done without any risks or complications. The possible risks with this procedure are loss of sensation or excess of sensation in that area, infections, poor wound healing with scarring which may make sexual intercourse more difficult and painful.
So you must weigh your need for this surgery with the possible risks, which even though they don't occur frequently, may happen.
Regards and take care,
Dr Nirja Chawla
