Endometrial Echo Complex Appears Heterogeneous With Relative Hyperechogenicity. Treated With Tamoxifen. Further?

endometrial echo complex measureds 9mm appears heterogenous with relative hyperechogenicity and small custic-appearing spaces. I was treated with tamoxifen thearapy but was not consistent with my medication because of outrageous hot flashes I am postmenopausal. Is there a strong risk factor here for uterin cancer , Please advise My E-mail address: YYYY@YYYY

Hi, Welcome to HCm.
From the report. you gave it seems to be a case of adenomyosis of uterus. In uterine carcinoma presentation like this is quite unusual.
What you will do?
Consult with a gynaecologist for endometrial biopsy. It i the only way to rule out any carcinoma.
