General & Family Physician Dr. Prahlad S. Patki's  Response
Dear Vipin,
Emanzen d has Diclofenac and it is a safe preparation. In addition , it has Serratiopeptidase, which is a good agent to bring down swelling. Diclofenac is a potent antiinflammatory (decreasing swelling, pain, local temperature etc ) and is comparitively safe. Advice you to take this medicine after food and avoid taking it on empty stomach. Drink plenty of water so that you will be flushing your kidney. Once swelling and pain is reduced, your doctor will stop this doctor. Under doctors supervision, your drug is safe and effective.
Enjoy and keep smiling.
