Elevated MCH And MPV. Suffering From Anemia And Low Vitamin B12. Advice?

Hi, thank you. Lab results indicate mild - yet consistently elevated - MCH & MPV, according to ref ranges. Physician ignoring, despite years of ill health complaints. In the past (when health issues begun), consistent anemia on lab results, and B12 consistently in the low range (ref ranges at area labs are very low - 110 to 900) @ 148, 188, 227, 249. Thank you for your input.

Dear sir/ Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
1. If lab's lower limit is 110, then all the values mentioned by your are within normal limits.
2. A persistent anemia can very well be a cause of prolonged ill health and loss of generalized well-being. This definitely needs a consultation by a hematologist.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
