Elevated ASO Titer, Rheumatic Fever, Been On Antibiotics And Penicillin Injections Since Long Term. Rheumatic Heart Disease?

HI, my ASO titer has always been highly significant then the reference values. According to the last result, it is around 650. I have rheumatic fever . I am trying to avoid antibiotics and penicilin injection as I have been using those since childhood. I am concerned about rheumatic heart disease. Any suggestions? thanks

but if ou can continue the injection of long acting penicillines once a month it is better
as the disease is due to bacteria in blood which are difficult to treat so to keep them under control by using penicillin is the easiest way
but you have to keep under control
