Electric Shock That Traveled From Finger To Wrist Up The Arm, Discomfort In Chest Area. Is It Just Spasms ?

Hi I got a electric shock at work 240v not knocked down, no marks, burns etc but it traveled from my finger to wrist up my arm. I had an ECG and all ok but now the discomfort is in my chest area (left breast) this happened at 1.30am and its 22.40pm now. Is it just spasms? This is the 2nd one I ve had in 5 weeks and wasn t happy the 1 st time. I don t want to make a fuss but my husband is on nights and I have the kids with me?
