Electric Shock Of Pain On And Off In Breasts, Abdomen, Lower Back, Ribs And Right Shoulder
Having electric shock of pain in breasts abdomen lower back top of ribs right shoulder on and off . I also have headaches on and off and I am light headed and tired , also I get shaky at times . It also feels like something heavy is on my chest . What could this be ?

The electric shock like sensation is usually related to the peripheral nerves. Please get your vitamin b 12 levels and blood sugar tested.
The heavy chest could be related to an ischemic heart, please get an ECG done as soon as possible .
Since you have multiple issues I strongly suggest you to approach a general physician as soon as possible
