Elbow Injury. Difficulty Lifting Arm, Shoulder Pain

Hello,
5 days ago I had fallen off of my mt. bike while riding down hill. I landed on some rocks. I initially fell on my right elbow then rolled to my right shoulder. I was in a little pain but nothing horribly bad. the problem is now, I have a hard time picking my kids up, and washing my hair. I get sharp pain in my shoulder when I do these things.

Hello,

This is very classic clinical presentation of injury to the shoulder muscles.
This has to be treated at once with rest and physiotherapy.
You need to consult an Orthopedician to manage this problem.
If left untreated you will develop weakness of the limb, pain and arthritis of the shoulder.
I find this answer helpful
