Egg Ruptured, Delayed Periods, Breast Pain, Pregnancy Test Negative

I have undergone follicle study and on 18th day doctor confirmed the egg got ruptured . Now my period is late for 7 days as my last period date is 9th last month(April) I have taken two pregnancy test but both have resulted negative. please help me am confused. what could be the problem. am having breast pain too past 3days...

be assured that there is no pregnancy.still u can do a b hcg test.but i think u r not pregnant.consult ur doctor,get medication for menses and proceed accordingly
