Early Menopause. Prescribed Crisanta Medication, Normal Periods In Pill Free Week. When To Restart Pack?

i am 34 yrs old, & weigh 68 kgs. Recently i have been detected with early menopause . My Doc prescribed me to take crisanta tablet. I have been taking the tablet from last 3 months and have been getting my periods in the break of 7 days, after 21 days tablet. I want to know when i restart the tablet which day of my period I shud restart it again ?
