Earlier Had Cold, Pain, Cough, Sinus Problems. Now Have Green Nasal Discharge, Chills, Feeling Sleepy, Arm Weakness

Hi I am a 46 year old female, 200 pounds in good health, I got a cold beginning of March, started with aches like flu then went to a bad cough and lots of sinus suffiness but not a plugged nose. Now almost a month later cough is getting less with less mucus from cough and less green slim from nose but now have chills and very sleepy and feel weak in arms and shoulders. can you help

hello
this could be because of infective focus you are carrying in nose and sinuses.
Consult ENT specialist get done CT scan NOse and paranasal sinuses and get treatment accordingly either medical /surgical
till then start---
Tab. Amoxicillin +Clavulinic acid 625 mg three times a day (antibiotic)
Tab. Chymoral forte / serratiopeptidase three times a day
Tab. Diclofenac 50 mg three times a day
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine/Acrivastine + phenylephrine/pseudoephedrine two times a day
Tab. paracetamol sos (if required for pain or fever)
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
Betadine gargle 2 tsf in half glass of water three times a day
Multivitamins.Do not eat hard food .avoid smoking and alcohol.
report back after 5 days.
