Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The best option will be to see an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist.
There may be infection in the middle ear.

Or the pressure inside the ear is more -
You can try OTC Over The Counter) decongestant nose drops -
There is a tube (Eustachian tube) connecting the throat to middle ear and if blocked, you may feel like this - Decongestant drops, throat lozenges can help. Try Valsalva manoeuvre - it may open the tubes
Anti-histamine tablets are useful in some cases.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
