ENT Specialist Dr. Ravinder Sharma's  Response
Dear Alorelb
I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon. It appears that you have a problem in throat causing pain in ear (referred otalgia). History is suggestive of a acute infection but you will require a ENT consultation to come down to the correct diagnosis
Pain in throat, soreness in throat, pain in ear and a neck swelling gives a suggestion of Acute infection in throat with referred pain in ear
I hope this answers your query
With regards
Ravinder sharma
