Ear Pain, Pain In The Head. Suffer From Shingles. Bumps On The Tongue. Chances Of Having Ramsay Hunt Syndrome?

I am 15 and female. I've had shingled for about a month now and the pain had reduced slightly but recently, especially today, it's been extremely painful and I started to experience a very painful earache and stabbing pains in my head. I also have unusual indentations or bumps on the front part of my tongue which I've had since I was diagnosed with shingles. I also have a weird spot/blister kind of thing on the inside of the aching ear which is on the side of my shingled rash (lower right side of back). I'm wondering if this could possibly be Ramsay Hunt Syndrome...?

Chances of aphthous ulcers has to be ruled out.
Avoid intake of salty,spicy foods.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Floss your tongue using tongue scrapers.
Gargle frequently using warm saline or betadine.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinse to gargle.
Please do visit a dentist for further concern.
Hope this helps.
