Hi,

Welcome to the forum. You should continue to take the medicines prescribed, if symptoms do not improve consult your treating doctor and take other substitutes of the medications. For ear ache take a nimusulide/ paracetamol combination. It will give you relief. Hope you have an X-ray PNS done, if not get it done.

Avoid eating cold, refrigerated products. Take warm porridge and soups. Hot fomentation can help you feel better.

If still your ears are troubling you. Visit an emergency room, get clinically examined, you may need injections of antibiotics. Take care.
