Ear Congestion After Swimming, Affected Left TMJ. No Help From Amoxicillin. On Ibuprofen For Low Body Temperature. Suggest

For more than 2 months I have been experiencing some ear congestion after swimming in a backyard pool. The Left TMJ also is affected. My MD gave me a round of 500mg Amoxicilin for 10 days with little result. She doesn't see anything in ears etc. so is not concerned with my low body temperature. My normal is 98.6 and for the past month of beening running about 96 to 97... unless I take 3 ibuprofen which helps. I feel as though I have a fever. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

There may be OTITIS MEDIA.Take Clarithromycin tablets 500 mg 1 tab.twice a day for 7 days along with Chymoral tabs 1 tid for 5 days.
